Do I Have To Sign Up For an Account To Buy Something At your website?
No, you don’t have to register or sign up to Shadow Etail for placing an order. But it is suggested to register to Shadow etail before you place your order since you can prevail the flat 250 rs offer for your first orders. How do I make sure I order the right size?

You receive your order within a time period of minimum 1 to maximum 5 days
What to do if an item is out of stock?
In case if your desired product is out of stock, you can make use of the Notify Me alert option. Once when the product is available in stock, you will receive an alert mail to the registered email.
What to do if i didn't receive my ordered products?
In case you haven’t received your ordered products, we request you to kindly contact Shadow Etail customer care number. We will immediately consider and take the necessary steps to solve your issue with a proper solution.
How long will it take to receive my orders?
It completely depends on the delivery address you produce. We take a maximum 5 days to deliver to any address across India as we promise shipping services.
How can I check my order status?
You can check and verify your order status by visiting the My Account -> Orders page from your Shadow Etail account.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
No, you cannot edit or make any changes in your ordered list. You can cancel the misplaced order and then order your desired product again.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
In case if you are not available at the time of delivery, you can contact the respected courier company and ask them to schedule the delivery on the next available day. Also, you can ask them to drop your order package by your neighbours.
How are the products packaged?
Products package differs based on the durability of the products you offer. But for all the products, Shadow Etail ensures a highly efficient and safe packing and delivering service.
How can I cancel my order?
In case you want to cancel your placed order, kindly contact our customer care number.
Can I Change My Billing Address?
You can change your billing address before your order being placed. But once the order is placed, you cannot change your billing address, since it is already billed to the specified address.
Do I have to pay GST on purchase of order?
The final payment and invoice of the order includes the GST for the products. Hence, you don’t have to pay GST separately for your desired products.
How Do I Remove My Name From Your Email List?
We value our customer’s privacy and interest. If you wish to remove your subscription from Shadow Etail, you can write us a mail to our customer care.
Are Gift Vouchers Available At your online store?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for the orders valuing minimum of 50 rs to 5000 rs.

How can I register my account?
With the ‘My Account’ option in the home page, you can register by providing your email address in the ‘Register’ section. The password for the email id will be sent as email to the respective email address provided using which you can login to your Shadow etail account.
Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
No, registering to Shadow Etail isn’t necessary for placing an order. But it is suggested to register to Shadow etail before you place your order since you can prevail the flat 250 rs offer for your first orders. Further, it would be easy for you to track your orders and other transaction details.
How do I get a new password?
In case if you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by selecting the ‘Forgot Password’ option available in the login page. By providing the required username/email, a password reset mail will be sent to your respective email address.

Is COD Available?
Yes, COD is available. But there are certain obligations to be concerned for certain products. You can find the availability in the checkout.
